Boys Gaelic Football & Hurling
A very determined team arrived at St Anne's Park, Raheny to play St Brigid's School, Killester. This was it, the last match of the season and if we won this match we had won the championship...
YES! we won 3.9 to 1.3, our team will be presented with their medals in Croke Park next year. Many thanks to Mr Eagey and Mr Morris!
We are looking forward to next season!
Hurling
The school has a senior hurling team which enters the Cumann Na mBunscoil competitions every February to May. Last year we had our most successful year in ten years beating Scoil Mobhi in the Corn final in Croke Park. We will have 11 of that panel again this year so we are really looking forward to the year ahead.
Trials for the school team take place after Christmas and Mr Fortune encourages all kids to get involved with their club team ASAP as the more practice we get, the better we get.
