
Parents Association
The aims of the Parents Association are to:

Develop a full and active partnership between parents, teachers and the Board of Management

Promote the interests and development of our school

Assist the school in enabling each child to achieve his/her potential and fully develop his/her qualities

Act as a channel of communication between parents and the National Parents Council
-
Make parents aware of their role in education and assist parents to acquire the skills that this role demands.
Parents Association Involvement
We meet on a monthly basis, with an AGM held every February/March. We also have a newsletter distributed to each child. The following are some of the main events in which the Parents Association is involved, through organisation and presence and through sponsorship:
Christmas concert, Confirmation party, First Communion ceremony, First Communion party, swimming lessons, Garden Fete, Graduation ceremony, uniform swap shop, fundraising, first aid instruction, hosting information nights and WOW (Walk on Wednesday).
